Couldnt have been any easier. From ordering to installing. Order thru phone. Great customer service. Item came about a week or so. Takes longer to make a cup of coffee than installing filter

Love this refrigerator and LG makes it so easy to order the replacement filters also love that the refrigerator automatically lets me know when the filters are due for replacement. Submitting a review is such a nuisance when you have the most ordinary name on the planet ugh Will keep trying
