Terrible. Looked like the water filter was fine. Tried to install it after removing my old one. It wouldnât click into place no matter what I tried. Called the appliance repair guy. He came out & ordered a new water filter holder inside my refrigerator. Still wouldnât work. Come to find out itâs the actual âbrand newâ water filter I bought from Frigidaire. The plastic clip on the top was defective. Called them & weeks later still havenât received a replacement. It has cost me $40 for the filter & 2 trips out from the appliance repair company. Stand by your products Frigidaire. Their customer service stinks along with their product.

I purchased this November 20th. Itâs December 21st. I called customer service to be told to call a different number. Another annoying robot and long wait time later, Iâm told my tracking UPS number. I look on UPS, and it says no information available. Iâm frustrated and out $51 and still have to buy bottled water as I canât afford to replace my lead waterline pipe. Will not be buying from the website again any time soon

Love this product, been using for years, however, just went to install the 2nd of my 2 pack and one of nozzles are broken off and canât be used. Any way to get replacement or is there a t limited timeframe?
