It seems like every other one I get with my subscription is cracked or broken somehow. I'm still trying to get someone at frigidaire to replace the broken one I just received. I am beyond frustrated! Do not recommend.

I purchased this water filter six months ago and the two was cracked. Did not know until water was coming in the bottom of my refrigerator. I ordered two and went to replace it and it was cracked also. They are selling refurbished water filters. Please respond if anyone experienced the same problem.

I bought the filter a few months ago and it works great. It was very easy to remove the old one and install the new one. Customer service on the phone was very nice and helpful. Will continue to buy my filters here.
