Needed to purchase the largest and best rated freezer quickly after the failure of an older competitors unit. Was impressed with the capacity, quality and closure (door stays shut well) of this unit. I like to separate meats in bins and this was able to hold more than my last freezer. It can also be used as a refrigerator, so there is the added choice for anyones need. So far very good and I would recommend the Frigidaire Upright Freezer.

The shelves are very wimpy for the size of the freezer. It has a fantastic seal, but very hard to pull door open. Freezer does well at freezing.

New is not always better!!!!!! Interior is sparse and NO accessories, itâs a blank space. Distance of the shelves are so big that the food would fall over, no way of being organized. Oh the shelves are WEAK, I am afraid that any weight would bend the shelves and that would be another problem that I will need to solve in the future I am sure. If you want to return it, they will charge 25 percent to restock. Only reason I bought this is duo to I owned a Frigidaire before and due to lack of supply. I have been to 5 stores and the internet to solve my organization and more $$$$$ spent.

Very disappointed with this 1.5 year old freezer. Freezer does not cool any longer and repair person said it was a "closed system" and couldn't be repaired. Frigidaire customer service said one thing and completely reversed course after two months of waiting with no help whatsoever.
