1st day of operation, the interior light doesnât work 4th day of operation, the freezer will not get cold. Inside temp 79 degrees. I rebooted 2 times, the second time I left it unplugged overnight, plugged it in the AM and it doesnât get coldCalled for service twice now, Iâm not pleased.

We purchased this unit specifically for the garage and so far it's been very quiet and working well. I understand that new efficiency standards have caused issues with longevity of certain parts in things like refrigerators so I'm anxious to see how it holds up over the years. We got 18 years out of our last one so the bar is set pretty high.

Moving from a chest freezer to an upright was a bit of a hard choice for me. But now I wouldn't hesitate to get it again. The shelves are sturdy, spacious and plenty deep. The adjustable shelves really seal the deal. No more frozen fingers from digging into the depths of a chest freezer. It's all right in front of you.
