I ordered this a few weeks back and everything worked great, however the fridge is another matter. The only draw back on the freezer was having to install the ice maker myself.

We have had this freezer for a couple months in our Church Community Food Pantry and it is just right for the size of our operation. The Fast Freeze is a definite plus. The unit works perfectly and we have had no issues with it. We would highly recommend it.

I have ordered the freezer and refrigerator almost 3 months ago. The fridge was fine. I am on the 4th freezer that comes in dented and scratched all over the front of the door. Horrible customer service just keep sending damaged products when I have to take off work. Horrible trying to get a good product.
