I bought this upright freezer about 6 weeks ago. It functions perfectly and uses less electricity than the one it replaces. When it is running there is very little sound.

This freezer was purchased to replace our 13 year old freezer. We purchase the same model that had a few upgrades from our last. The bottom basket in the new freezer has been raised! The 13 yr old freezer basket would freeze to the bottom of the unit..not good. This model needs a digital temp gauge inside, LED on light outside and reversible door.

I bought this freezer in February 2017 with the extended warranty. It's beautiful and comes with all kinds of storage and I loved it because I didn't have to dig to get to the food anymore. But the looks are deceiving! It started to rattle not too long after I bought it. I've had to call 6 different times to have it serviced and repaired. I've lost more in the cost of lost food than the freezer is worth and it's not even 3 years old yet! I'm so upset!

Bought this from Best Buy and had it delivered! Everything working great and the delivery guys who were employed by Best Buy (other companies use contract delivery and not as caring in my opinion) and they were polite and respectful!
