This freezer is amazing. It cooled to temperature very fast. No ice buildup like our last stand up freezer. And an added bonus itâs beautiful

Hello -While this particular upright freezer operates perfectly and looks Great too, there were also some âfrustrating issuesâ that were incurred as well.This Freezer was purchased at Best Buy. The first unit had exterior damage on the front door upon receipt. Temporarily, we used it until a new replacement arrived weeks later. The second unit arrived and had much more exterior crumpled damage as well as an interior that required substantial cleaning prior to filling it with our frozen food. This unit was also returned and weeks later a third replacement arrived. Finally, this unit was excellent both inside and out!Not sure where the damage on the prior two units had occurred, however the Best Buy employee opened the box in my presence and seemed unaware they had significant damage until I told them during the installation.Lastly, each time I rejected the delivery I was required to use it until a new one arrived. I incurred an extra unexpected cost of $40-$50 for dry ice needed to keep my food fully frozen until the freezer the reached the required temperature.I donât know who to fault for the pre-existing damage on the first two freezers. Itâs frustrating that the delivery of obviously damaged freezers had occurred at all. But in closing, Iâm happy with the look and function of my third delivery and look forward to many years of flawless use.PS: After the extra costs and difficulties incurred, it would be nice to win the prize mentioned earlier.. ????

I couldnât be happier with this freezer! I only hope that it lasts beyond a few years as it seems all new technology breaks down and doesnât last! But this one is awesome! So much space! I just wish it came with containers and not the wire basket.

This freezer is so much bigger than we thought it would be. There is so much space, which is great. I love opening up the door and seeing all the food so cold.
