Do not buy- you would think if you spent over $3K on a refrigerator it would last. Ours lasted just over 1 year before it stopped making ice. Buyer beware and just buy something else.

Bought this refrigerator to replace a 20 year old Whirpool 1 month ago. So far so good. It is a counter depth so less room than our previous refrigerator but just fine for our family of 2. I love the home connect feature as I let us know on the occasion that we accidently left the door open. We have had an issue with the changing from ice cubes to crushed ice in the door. There is a lever in the ice tray that freezes to the point it will not move so it can't route the ice to the crusher. Have had to thaw it out twice already. I'm going to call the company to see if they will send me a replacement. Maybe a poor design. I really researched this frig and I wish I could give it a higher rating, but with the ice maker issue, I can't.

Defective Ice Maker

Our new Bosch fridge was delivered in July of this year. After a short time, we noticed problems with the ice maker. We had a repair person look at the fridge when he came to our house to diagnosis the problem with our brand new Bosch range that was purchased at the same time as the fridge. Turns out a seal in the ice maker was not long enough (sloopy manufacturing error) and it allows air into the ice making compartment which causes it to freeze up and jams the ice making tray so it can not empty. Also, the housing of the ice making compartment needs total replacement. We were willing to pay more for Bosch applicances because we thought they were superior products. Turns out they are not. Our new Bosch range also has manufacturing problems. I don't understand how they can ship these expensive products to customers with out adequate testing. We are very disappointed!

This is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. The ice maker stopped working within a couple of weeks. I'm now waiting for the 4th service call in less than 4 months of having this piece of junk. Like so many other reviewers said, the ice maker just stops working. They replaced my entire ice maker and it's doing the exact same thing. I've taken 4 wasted days to sit here at home waiting for the repair and I still don't have a working refrigerator. At over $3,000 for this fridge, it's completely unacceptable. I want a replacement. There are constant puddles to clean up inside as well, because the ice maker leaks.

Works great, keeps everything cold. Makes good ice. Very quiet. Love the Wi-Fi connect alerts. LED lighting is nice. Plenty of room for a counter depth. Hopefully it last longer than a Samsung.
