I'm continually having to have support come out and fix my fridge. I have had someone come out 8 times so far in less than a years time. When you spend $2500 on a product you don't expect to have these issues come up. The panel for water and ice dispenser fried. That was replaced. The water line and ice cube maker have had issues. The freezer one day stopped staying cold. It's been one thing after another. If I knew how many problems I've experienced I would not have purchased this unit.

The freezer keeps building up frost and I haven't figured out how to make the filtered water colder but otherwise I like the fridge. It does excellent with produce.

Not sure how this has a 4.5 star rating. 1. The delivery person suggested I use an exactâo knife or tweezers to remove the protective plastic wrap tucked between the ss sheeting and refrigerator body. Are you kidding me? 2. Very small ice cubes and the ice maker is noisy when filling and dumping. 3. I have a 20 year old Kitchen Aid side-by-side that is also not fingerprint resistant, and rarely looks dirty. Even though this is also not a model that resists fingerprints, it shows a lot more smudges than expected, even on the door handles. 4. Lacking butter dish space, and the interior has too many tiny door trays and only one shelf for tall items without losing a shelf. The side-by-side actually holds more than this larger unit. On a positive note, the refrigerator fits the space nicely without sticking out into the kitchen.

new fridge is great. lot of room. space layout on the doors could be better thought out. ice bin is very small, and it doesn't put out that much ice.
