I bought this in 2018 its been an a great investment. it finally gave out in November 24 2022.Very disappointed with the extended warranty Allstate. It broke down during thanksgiving and we are now in a new year 1/13/23and it has not been fix. We have no working refrigerator and still no time set of when they will come and fix it or replace it. Very disappointed.

I am not happy with this puchase. I have had this since late May of 2022 .. the ice maker gave up in August. Looks pretty on the outside but the touch and feel of the interior is pretty cheap and flimsy. I didnt realize the two freezer drawers do not have independent temp controls until after it arrived. Its loud and makes wierd noises like a drill. I expecter more for almost 3K.
2 years in and here goes the repairs.

We like the black stainless look but right away it started to chip off. It also does not allow the front of the fridge to be magnetic. We like the room the french doors allow but the freezer is not tall enough. The same space saving icemaker is a pain and does not hold enough ice. Right now for the past month+ Ive had to buy ice because the icemaker has quit. We bought the extra warranty plan and have had an LG repairman out twice. Still no ice. I hate calling because they constantly ask your name address phone number model and serial number as well as your purchase order pictures of purchase receipt policy plan etc. They want to access your phone so they can see the fridge on your camera. Mind you I had to register the fridge with all this info. to even get started. All I know is Im frustrated I paid alot for a fridge and insurance policy and still dont have ice. No matter how many times I give out all this information it doesnt fix the icemaker.

My 22 year old fridge was making worrisome noises so I needed a new one. This one is so different and up to date. It is easier to organize the ice and water function is faster the open door reminder is great and the refrigeration/freeze temperatures are perfect. I prefer this to the side by side arrangement I had before. I am happy.
