You picked the wrong time to ask for a review. You notified me via email 3 days ago that you detected thru my thinQ App that the craft ice maker is not working. LG service is scheduled to come fix it under warranty three days from now. A little web research reveals that LG has known about problems with the craft ice maker since it first started shipping and has been hit with a class action lawsuit for not fixing the problem but just replacing bad units with other bad units. Ill let you know in 3 years what I think of this fridge. If the craft ice maker is still working then you will get a good review. If it quits within a year like the one that Im about to replace you will get a bad review.

I like the idea of this fridge. The craft ice is nice but the inside of the fridge leaves no room for anything tall. Does LG offer any other options for shelves? Ones that might be practical.

I love the refrigerator but the ice maker has stopped working. The craft ice was so cool and everyone loved them but it no longer makes them. It makes us very sad.

I bought it a month ago. It got delivered and installed 6 to 8hrs. after no cooling no freezer only warm water out. Called LG tech support did every possible test they recommended and nothing. Next day went to Best Buy and got it exchanged for a KitchenAid refrigerator.

Ive had this refrigerator for just over a year and I still love it even though the craft ice maker needs to be replaced. LG is sending out a service tech to replace the ice maker.
