This LG refrigerator performs very well. No major issues with it. I have never called for service. I called LG once about the ice extrusion from the tray. Often the ice is near to the sensor and ice does not extrude. I have to manually clear the ice from the sensor.. often.

9 months in and craft icemaker is broken. I found out about it while on vacation from the app. So then they sent out a repairman to confirm what the app said and what LG service had me check. So 3 weeks later still waiting on repair.

Lots of convivences. Beautifully made. But fails to achieve temps set. Fridg never stops running. Old fridg while wearing out kept things colder. I returned the first delivery of this refrig. I thought it was defective. The second Refridge had the same performance problems. Overall Disappointed

Love the Fridge but a little disappointing that I have recently had to request a service call finding out my compressor mother board and ball ice maker needs replacing. Also difficult to get service work done on the Big Island
