I have went from 4 stars to now 2 because of their customer service. 10 days ago if you look up title "Reveal" you will see a new fridge not even fully put together and the issues that were wrong. I installed it on a Holiday weekend so their offices were closed so when I finally got a chance to call back today there was no resolve to the dents on the inside of the fridge because the 7 day policy. So I will just have to say way to go I have no reason to purchase a GE again especially one at the price we pay with no resolve or attempt to help.

We have had to have a GE technician come and assess two problems with our refrigerator. He has ordered a part which still has not come in. A new refrigerator shouldn't have two problems.

Everything about this refrigerator is amazing. Being able to control the temperatures from my phone, being notified when my kids leave the door open, my 5 year old can now get his own water and I don’t have to stress about him over flowing the cup with the auto fill feature, the laminating lights in the back of the fridge, the swivel bin. My whole family loves this refrigerator so much we show it off to all of our visitors! Lol.

The refrigerator looks great. Plenty of room in the freezer and the middle drawer is really nice. My only complaint is the ice maker. The ice cubes are very small and fragile and so it melts very quickly and when dispensing from the door, it flies all over the kitchen even when using the cubed setting because it doesn't dispense in just solid cubes but a mixture of cubes and small pieces.
