The fridge didn’t work as the compressor was damaged and we lost food. The firm from whom we purchased the refrigerator stool it back and delivered a sevond whereby the freezer was defective The desk was so loose one could put your hand into the freezer even when the door was closed. Bad machine and bad prrformance. Buyer beware of the workmanship

We bought a GE Profile refrigerator, having been happy with other appliances by them. Within the first week, the ice maker stopped working. Waited for an appointment and had a new part ordered. Had to call service to find out the part had arrived and are still waiting for the follow up service. Cannot find out about warranty even though sales said it was great. Very concerned this is a new frig and having so much trouble already. Want money back.

We remodeled our kitchen and purchased new GE Profile appliances. The refrigerator stopped working after 10 days. We had to purchase a mini fridge and have lost a lot of groceries. Still waiting on a compressor and hoping it can be repaired. Meanwhile looking at other brands and would like our money back.

Refrigerator failed just two weeks after installation. Over a month later, we are still waiting for a repair -- or even a timeline to a repair.
