I bought it a couple months ago. Shipping was a hassle as Samsung took over 2 months to ship it to me but since I’m using it . I’ve had no issues .

I bought this along with 3 other appliances as a package and I couldn't be more happy. I was told not to purchase a Samsung unit because they tend to have issues but I have a Samsung Washer and Dryer that is 2 years old and have never had problems with them either. The only option I would add is the Ice and Water. This has ice in the bottom drawer but not the water. I will continue to purchase Samsung in the future.
