i have nothing to say about the refrigerator, excellent quality, practical setup. but the family hub software in the screen that's different story. the quality is good, nice colors but if you have google home good luck. no mirroring (you have to have samsung phone or tablet). luck of applications. the top cherries is that alexa pop up on your screen for to be setup or bixby. there is no way how to disable this applications. hey samsung i am all in except phone or tablet. i spent $17,000 on appliances, tvs and vacuum robots. not enough for samsung i guess. millions of google fans buying your product. make your products google friendly.

I was so happy when I bought this fridge because I had been wanting a family hub for the longest time. But after a month, it gave me some error code and the whole fridge stopped working and cooling. Luckily since it was still under warranty, Samsung sent someone to replace the motherboard on the family hub tablet. It was working fine, then another month later it gave me the same error code and the fridge stopped cooling again. Luckily this time, resetting the family hub switch worked and the fridge started working again. This last time I called Samsung to report the issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they would call me back within 24 hours. I called 4 days ago and have yet to have a supervisor call me back. I’m so upset over the fact that I paid so much money for this fridge that keeps messing up every month. If it continues to give me this error code I will be returning this fridge for another without the family hub. Save yourself the trouble and don’t get a fridge with the family hub.

I absolutely love my refrigerator. I bought it a couple weeks ago, to have so many compartments and storage space has been awesome. I love the ice maker and having the option of different ice cube sizes. It’s very modernized and sleek, featuring an amazing family hub screen with so many features to keep the whole family engaged. Must buy!!
