Nous avons acheté çe réfrigérateur il y a 6 mois et nous étions très impatients de le reçevoir en juin. Très beau, moins logeable qu’imagine Mais beau produit. Hélas! Trop de condensation autant dans la partie frigo que congélateur. De plus, très bruyant, il faut sans cesse le bousculer pour que le volume sonore baisse. Suite à un appel de serviçe, nous avons été informé que c’est normal dans les températures d’avoir un peu de condensation. Un peu signifie ici le contrôle électronique envahi par l’eau. De plus, relativement au bruit, tel un véhicule automobile, le problème ne s’est pas présenté lors du passage du technicien. Donc on nous a fortement suggéré de le bouger et de trouver l’endroit le plus stable sur lequel il serait heureux (nous aussi naturellement). En bref il y a toujours de l’eau dans le contrôle et le bruit nous surprend au moment où l’on ne s’y attend pas. je pense que la pièce a été commandée mais les vacances sont prioritaires. Nous l’apprecions Tout de même, mais sans ses petits caprices nous l’aimerions beaucoup plus comme tous les autres produits Whirpool qui nous ont côtoyé dans notre vie.
