The refrigerator broke after 4 months on May 7th. Apparently it already needs a new motherboard and that part is on back order. 2 weeks have gone by and nobody seems to care that I have no refrigerator. Also, nobody can give me an estimate as to when this part will be available. I understand things happen but on a brand new refrigerator? I asked for a replacement because you canât expect a customer to go on indefinitely without one but was told I had to wait at least 2 weeks for the part. I now have a 2400 refrigerator plus 300 dollars for extended warranty sitting in my garage. We had to get another

Had it less than a month and it sounds like a sheep in distress, and now the ice is all melting in the ice dispenser. The phone system kept hanging up on me, finally was able to text with someone. The soonest they will come look at it is 5 days away, after my food will all have spoiled. I like the design idea with the chill drawer, but if the fridge doesn't even work for a whole month, it's kind of useless.

Emergency situation required an unexpected replacement of my 2017 Kenmore Elite. It took a couple days to get used to the newer design and features of the 4-door vs 3-door refrigerator. While this fridge is a bit smaller than the Kenmore, I find the 4-door offers better functionality and use of space. The custom-flex temp drawer is probably the best use of extra space for our household. The need to open the top part of the fridge multiple times a day is no longer an issue. The flex temp drawer is great for our most used items. I've already recommended this fridge to other family members and friends !

Have only had frigerator approximately 2 months already had the service tech come out because refrigerator not cooling. a warmer we were unable to fix.i am still waiting from this amazing company........0. what they have to do after i spend $3000.00
