Horrible horrible icemakers. Icemakers a too slow and the round cubes icemaker had to be replaced. I have to buy ice Too many shells Kent cannot set up a can or bottle of water if you if needed

We have had this refrigerator for just about a year and we have been very happy with it. We did have the ball ice maker go out and when we called LG they had someone out to replace it no charge to us. We were very happy with our costumer service.

I received an email from LG that my craft cube icemaker was not working. I tried everything I was able to find online on how to repair it but it was still not working and I called for service. The young man that came in took five minutes to replace the icemaker and next day we were producing craft ice.
