I've had the hardest time with new appliances for our new home, with the exception of my GE refrigerator. We plugged it in, hooked it up and its been smooth sailing. I even called to have a tech come out to make sure the the contractor hooked it right and they were here within 2 days - Douglas, our technician was friendly and professional and even walked us through some features we didn't know. Thank you GE for the product and service - so refreshing!

We have been very disappointed with the refrigerator. It quit working after 6 weeks fo use. The new compressor that was sent for a replacement had something rattling inside it. The repair person tried to order another compressor and was told that the part was not currently available. Very disappointed!!!

I have had my fridge over a month and the freezer and ice maker are still not working. Uncalled for!!! I should have received a new refrigerator immediately. I can’t count the times I’ve called customer support and customer relations. They just say what they think you want to hear.
