Love this fridge, it has a great ice maker and lots of space for food. I also like the freshness keepers for the produce. Tons of great features, we're very happy.

The water dispenser is not,chilled, why not, this is a high end unit. The ice maker is slow, again why?

This fridge was a drainer from the start. I had a Kitchen aid beforehand that we put in the basement that is sill going strong after 20 years. It just didn't match the rest of our appliances, so we got this Frigidaire in 2013 because I fit the space we had and it was "prettier" it certainly isn't well made. By the second year and after the warranty ran out, ALL the plastic drawers inside broke! And I know it wasn't us! The kitchen aide is still perfectly intact. These Frigidaire drawers are cheap and flimsy. Have had trouble with the food in the back of the refrigerator compartment freezing, and it's just not wet made. I have every drawer and shelf duct taped to hold it together. if I want to replace all the drawers, it's going to cost about $700!! Now the control board on the front is broken and is stuck on the ice mode and we can't make it dispense water. So there's another $200 to replace the part and lord knows what it'll cost to have it repaired.

I had the refrigerator for only two weeks and the water dispenser started dripping. It progressed and became worst. Repair came and shut off the water completely because it caused a puddle on the floor. Its now two weeks and I'm still waiting for the sensor without being able to use the water dispenser of the ice maker. very disappointed.

Top of freezer door has a major crack along the most of the width. I submitted a review previously but cannot find to add details. I received the auto reply response to my review saying to call customer service center. I was informed that because my refrigerator is 18 months old and past the 12 month manufacturer warranty there is nothing that can be done. When I enquired as to why Frigidaire does not stand behind the quality their product is supposed to represent, just kept repeating it was past 12 months, then offered to sell me a replacement door. When I stated I wanted to speak to someone higher up, he said nobody was available and I could expect a call in 2-3 days....that was 2 weeks ago. Words cannot express my disappointment with this whole process.
