This is honestly the coolest refrigerator I've ever owned! The bright LED interior lighting makes it easy to see and find what you are looking for even at the back of the fridge. The 2 minute door alarm is convenient to remind you to close the door. I love that I can use Samsung SmartThings to control temperature and monitor my refrigerator even if I'm not home. It is super roomy, lots of space to fit all of my yummy goodies! There are 2 big drawers in the fridge and 1 drawer in the freezer which is super convenient. The fridge is easy to mark up and dent so I am constantly cleaning it. I recommend this product!

I became interested in this refrigerator as I was looking for one without a water dispenser and without the handles sticking out. This refrigerator was perfect! The bright LED lighting is very helpful when looking through the fridge and the 2-minute door alarm is handy. I love the modern look of this refrigerator. The controls are easy to read and easy to adjust. It compliments my kitchen well. I can fit a lot more in it than I anticipated and it is easy to keep the refrigerator organized. It is very easy to clean and the fingerprint resistant finish works well. It is very quiet and keeps stuff cold. I like how I can use the Samsung SmartThings App to help monitor the refrigerator. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Thanks, Samsung, for another upgrade to my household! This clean and stylish refrigerator makes the kitchen look much more modern and could really fit in with any decor. I really like the "hidden" door handles that enhance the clean look. Lots more space than my last refrigerator in about the same footprint thanks to the counter-depth design. And it includes plenty of adjustable shelves to customize the cold storage space. I also really like the door alarm that alerts me if the door has been open for more than two minutes. It's very helpful if the door was left ajar. And the anti-fingerprint surface is great! I've had other stainless appliances that show every fingerprint and smudge and this refrigerator's finish is very forgiving in that department!

I received my appliance and was pleased with the whole process. The delivery went perfectly. The delivery company removed the old refrigerator with no problems. The side-by-side is beautiful, bright, and easy to set the temperatures. 9/22/2021- As we adjust to our new appliance we continue to be satisfied with the features of the Refrigerator. The temperature control settings were easy to program. The alarm when the door is not shut tight saved me a bad situation. One recommendation I would make is to have adjustability of the door shelves on the freezer side. As appliances need to be replaced, I will continue to look first at Samsung products.
