I bought a new how’s and the builder included the refrigerator. I’ve had it for about 2months and the ice maker is not working .

Looks great but I'm having trouble with things freezing in the refrigerator. There are not enough shelves in either the frige or freezer. There are brackets but no shelves. I can buy extra but they are $200 a piece from Whirlpool. I do really like the touchless stainless steel finish.
