Our Refrigerator died less than 10 years. At the time we bought this, we thought it was a great product, but now as I look at the reviews, we see/saw the same problems issues. Water dispenser + Ice maker not very functional, Bottom drawer always freezing. Also, I was not expecting it to die so quickly (less than 10years).

I feel the fit and finish of the fridge is very nice. Plus the lighting and sturdiness of the unit. I cannot speak to function over time but I know Bosch is a solid name. I am a little disappointed in some of the engineering however. The water dispensing button requires a very firm steady push or the water pump turns on and off quickly. Also the dispensing unit "tray" at the bottom of the dispenser does not come out to be emptied. Rather you need to use a sponge several times to empty it of water should it get filled up.
