My brand new fridge and freezer are already malfunctioning a month after purchase.This Fridge and Freezer combo were installed on April 23, 2023. The fridge stopped cooling less than a month later. ALL FOOD SPOILED!!! A technician came out and said a new part would need to be ordered. The new part didn't arrive for over 2 weeks. While waiting for the part to arrive the freezer went out too! Again, all food spoiled!The technician finally arrived today, 6/22/2023, and he realized the wrong part was ordered. Another part will need to be ordered, and the freezer also needs a new part. No ETA for either.I spent $6,500 on these units and lost hundreds of dollars in food spoilage. Frigidaire has a policy of not compensating for lost food. We haven't had a functional fridge for over a month and now a broken freezer for 2 weeks.I would be very hesitant purchasing from this company.

This refrigerator we bought in March of 2022 went out June of 2023 (15 months) and Frigidaire didnât do or help anything to fix it because they only give a warranty for 1 year on a $3,000 refrigerator and when I called I told them âif I would have known about their warranty, customer service and machine was this bad and only lasting for a little over a year I would have never bought Frigidaire â and they said âthat the refrigerator should last 10yearsâ and i said âmine didnât and why didnât there warranty be more then 1 year if they last for 10yearsâ and all they said was âsorry I know youâre frustratedâso I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product again!!!!

BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE AND IT DID NOT COOL FROM DAY 1. FIXED BY REPAIRMAN UNDER WARRANTY AND WORKED FOR 13 MONTHS BEFORE NOT COOLING AGAIN. NOW FRIDGE IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND IS COSTING $3000 TO FIX WHEN THE FRIDGE AND FREEZER WERE BOUGHT TOGETHER FOR $8000 LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO! THE APPLIANCES ARE BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT BUT DON'T WORK! YOU WILL BE WASTING A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO LUCK! ONCE YOU GET THIS FRIDGE YOU ARE MARRIED TO IT BECAUSE THE CABINETRY AROUND THE FRIDGE IS CUSTOM BUILT AND IT WILL BE DIFFICULT TO FIND A NEW FRIDGE THE FITS IN ITS PLACE! STAY AWAY!!
