Weve had this new refrigerator for about a month. It was a huge upgrade from our old one. Very bright lighting easy to see everything. It cooled off very quickly with no need for adjustment to the factory setting. If I had any criticism at all it would be the lack of a meat drawer but thats easy to overlook and isnt really an issue.

I bought this 3 months ago and it was a big mistake. I bought an LG because of good reviews. I must of gotten a lemon. T j e refrigerator was not cold enough from day I. It took over 2 weeks to get a repairman to come. The light was not going off when the door closed so the refrigerator was not cycling properly and the freezer built up ice and then water would drip inside the refrigerator. This problem was fixed. But my refrigerator is still not cold enough set on the coldest setting its over 45 degrees Im still waiting for it to be fixed..I will never buy another LG

We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago and it quit working. We called the service department and they said that we would hear back from a technician but its been a week now and we havent heard anything. We are living out of a cooler.
