since this is a smaller fridge, you cannot stand 2 liter soda bottles upright. also, the shelves are not adjustable. i occasionally hear thumps, which i suspect are the plastic walls flexing during the cooling cycle. it's performed well.

we purchased this refrigerator in 1/2019. we had cooling issues with fridge, after a few months and again after 2 years. the fridge is no longer working. after two different service calls, the second with a certified samsung technician, he said, time to buy another one. two years of service on this product. please buyers beware.

got the fridge in mid-april it has been bad since day one. freezer works but fridge will not cool properly. i have lost a lot of food due to spoiling. was concerned from day one, but did not return to best buy within 15 window because i didn't want to pay a restocking fee :( after hours on phone & 10 days to get an appt for service, a technician came yesterday & replaced fan & defrost sensor. this fixed nothing. another tech will come friday but with no plan and no continuity bet appts. this fridge is a lemon & i would really like it to be replaced, not rebuilt part by part by an outside service provider with hours of my time invested in the process & continuous loss of food.

in less than one year the refrigerator has lost its refrigerant charge twice and destroyed 2 compressors. good thing there is a 10 year warranty on the compressor, they are going to need to put 20 in this one to keep it running that long!
