Freezes food in fridge and thaws food in freezer as stated in sooooo many reviews. I have spent hours on the phone with whirlpool to try to get this fixed. They use a company Called Platinum to service their warranty appliances in my area. Whirlpool will give you a time frame for service and then platinum callls the day before and says they can’t honor that honor that time frame and whirlpool doesn’t know their schedule ,which is not good when you’ve arranged for time off work I give 1 star for the ongoing issues I’ve had. The food I’ve thrown out and bad customer service I received form whirlpool and the their chosen contractor Platinum
