I purchased this a few weeks ago and wish we has shopped around a bit more. It does not freeze well at the recommended setting. It is noisier than my previous Amana model and did not come with a coldcut drawer (I thought it did) I feel this is a inferior product and am stuck with it now. I fear this will not be a long lasting appliance.

My wife and I love our new Amana 30" refrigerator/freezer. It looks stylish and seems twice as large as our older old, though it is only a few cubic inches larger. I believe this is due to the door storage capacity. The glass shelves makes finding food items much easier as well. I have to store insulin, and the shelf above the crisper (about 4" wide and runs the lenghth of the refrig. is the perferct storage place for it. We feel it was our best home urchace this year, and the last several years.
