Doors have no handles, only clumsy flanges, poor ergonomics. Freezer shelf is difficult to remove/reinstall. The middle shelf slides out and hits the light switch. The door doesn't open far enough to easily remove the shelves. The shelves in the door have to be removed to slide out the shelves in the main part. Did they even have an industrial design engineer assigned to this product?
