This is an awesome air conditioning system I love that you can switch it to fan when you just want a little breeze.. You can use it through Alexa which is also a great feature. I had no problems over the summer

Since day one I have been in contact with GE due to a WiFi not connecting issues, so far no solution and I'm still without connection, something I purchased this unit for having.

In theory it is very quiet, but you have to de-install some internal part that makes the AC more energy efficient. So you either get 1. quiet OR 2. energy savings. Otherwise it's a great AC in design, functionality and cooling, of course.
