I bought this maybe a 2 months ago I live on the third floor attic like room and before even with an A/C my room would be hot but now my room stays cool the A/C has a quite more which is great and some how it stays cool and I can connect it to my phone so I am completely pleased with the A/C

The air conditioner works as expected. The compressor on the low setting is a bit loud like others have mentioned, but it’s still not as loud as other window units. I haven’t used the smart aspects of it and don’t plan to.

Friend recommendation that was spot on: Truly quite, Bluetooth compatible so one can make changes from afar, slim attractive profile. When measuring for window, must use largest width measurement as a portion of the back half needs to go through the window for proper fit/balance. Also, it does not blow air through the vent in the front, but only through a vent in the top of the unit, which is unfortunate.
