Easy-to-Clean Cooktop
Unlike traditional electric and gas cooktops, Induction only heats the pan and the food in it, so the area around the pan stays cooler, allowing you to clean up spills and splatters while you cook.

Faster Boil Times
With induction, heat transfers directly to the cookware bypassing the cooktop surface, making induction incredibly fast.

Consistent temperature with TempLock™
Sensors in the cooktop automatically adjust the power level to maintain a consistent temperature the entire time you cook - it's like cruise control for your cooktop.

The induction cooktop has been fantastic so far. There was a short learning curve in understanding the cooktop numbers and how they corollate to cooking temperatures. Really easy to use. I love the warming setting for cooked foods and how fast it boils water.
Excellent induction cooktop layout

This is our first induction cooktop and we've had it for 2.5 weeks now, and love it. The layout is excellent: It has two large burners that can easily fit large sauce pan and large pot next two each other (making easy to cook, for example spaghetti sauce and noodles), in addition to having the smaller burners (for perhaps steaming vegetables) or sauteing something, all at the same time -- which I have done. I cook meals much faster now than ever. And, as with all induction cooktops, it's been so much easier to clean than non-induction cooktops. While the touchpad cooking level selector is intuitive to use, it's somewhat cumbersome to get to the right setting quickly, as it doesn't always sense one's sliding finger motion nor does not it always immediately sense one's light tapping motion (especially if your hands have any type of moisture on them). For me, I prefer just having an up and down arrow with a number rating. When one removes the pan from the cooktop, the burner turns of only several seconds later. I wish there were a way to extend how it longs before it turns off automatically.

We recently upgraded from a gas cooktop to this Gallery induction stovetop. Itâs fabulous- love that heat goes directly into pan. Itâs sleek and easy to keep clean and looks terrific. Heats pans so much quicker than gas.

Converted from Natural Gas

So far so good with my decision to convert from natural gas to the Frigidaire induction cooktop. It is much easier to keep clean and looks substantially better than the old gas cooktop. Everything that I have cooked so far has met or exceeded my expectations as compared to the old gas cooktop.
