Select your ideal temperature
The precise temperature selection results in consistent, perfect results whether you re searing a steak, grilling salmon or veggies, or delicately melting chocolate.
Watch VideoBoil water quickly with SpeedBoost®
Adds a boost of power to your burner so you can boil a pot of water faster or heat a pan up quickly to get ready for searing.
No more scorching.
The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the pan s temperature to prevent scorching. Choose from five predefined temperature levels, for perfect results every time.
Flexible cooking zones for your pans and pots.
FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.
17 Levels of Power
17 different power levels that are designed for your cooking needs. Each one features a different heat level, anywhere from a simmer to a boil.
Cooking like a chef.
Move Mode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power level if you had just boiled your soup at level 9, let it cook at level 5 and now wanted to simmer it at level 1,5. Now, Move Mode does the job for you. Activating Move Mode divides the cooking zone into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is to move the pot from the front area of the zone, where the food is boiled, to the middle, where the food is cooked, and to the back area, where it continues to simmer.

I finally made the switch to induction from gas, and I love it. Such great control for cooking (the Autochef feature for frying is a revelation), so easy to clean (try using warm soapy water and finishing with a squeegeee), and really slick looking. The flexible cooking zones are awesome, and the large middle burner is actually big enough for even my largest pans. And it's seriously astonishing how quickly the Speedboost function boils water. Fantastic cooktop.

It's marvelous! Some days ago, I left a pot of water to boil and walked out the room and forgot about my pot. The pot boiled over, but the cooktop turned itself off! AMAZING!

Heats to boiling super-fast. Cook settings in the manual are lower than actually needed, but one you get calibrated for you equipment, it's great. It would be nice to have the induction coils cover a larger area of the surface, so you could use a larger griddle. Love the flex join/split feature, haven't tried Auto Chef.
