New construction - used ONE time and thatâs it !The igniter will not spark and I have to use a match or candle lighter to light !! Here we go with attempting to use warranty service :(

First issue: the right grate came broken. It was however replaced without any question. It however begs the question of why this broke. Customer service was great getting my replacement part. 2nd issue: I had a professional installer do the install and he complained it was hard to install it with some parts missing that he ended up getting at a local hardware storeOverall: really nice! Looks so slick! Plus having a 5 burner on a 30inch stove is unbeatable

The cooktop is stylish and functional. I especially like the center burner that does well with the high output, but I really like the ultra-low setting for keeping things warm without burning.
