I bought this microwave a month ago as a replacement for a broken wall mount. It has been exceeding expectations thus far was easy to install and complements our kitchen decor admirably The only caveat I have is for folks looking to replace their exiting wall mounted microwave - the trim kit is at least as expensive as the unit itself and sometimes more.

Love my stainless steel microwave just the tune it plays when it is done not so much.My LG dishwasher has a more pleasant tune. If customers could choose a tune such as we do on our cell phones this would make using it more pleasant.

I called on Sept 7 because my attachment in the bottom broke in the center that allows the glass to turn the food. Sent all the information and never got my replacement. I called again a few weeks ago. Still no replacement. Im very disappointed and glued it together. Doesnt work doesnt turn. Still no replacement.

The design is very modern. Installation instruction is very clear. Its very powerful so the power setting can be lower and the time needed to reheat food is shorter.
