Oven works great, heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. Comes with a helpful guide for how to use & cook different types of food. Looks stylish in new kitchen. It is also easy to clean. Overall very satisfied with the product.

We've had two of these units now over the past two years. The oven is fine but the microwave starts sparking after about a year. We paid for the additional warranty from the Bosch dealer. We still had to pay service fees for them to come out and look at the unit. They replaced a small part which failed in a month eventually leading to replacement of the entire unit. We were then told that our original warranty wasn't valid for the new unit and that we would have to purchase another. This "new" second microwave has already failed less than a year later. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Thousands of dollars should get you a unit that lasts longer than a year.

Microwave never worked correctly. Had service out to change panel 3 times. Bosch would not replace. Oven fine if you like electric. Wouldn't buy Bosch again

The microwave stopped working after the second usage. Either a short circuit or another electric problem happened when opening the microwave door 2 seconds before the end of the cycle. Unit is new and not working. Since this is a combo oven and microwave unit, it is difficult to pull out for repairs: heavy!! Do not recommend this product and do not recommend buying cmbo units.
