i bought this unit brand new out of the box. later the c-a2 code came up. expensive to repair. very bad product!!! samsung, please make it right. this is not fair!!!

Our turn table in the Microwave stopped turning. The problem is the roller ring. We don't use it that often, so am surprised it only lasted a few months. The plastic is not strong enough to last the life of the oven. After going to this Samsung web page, I see it is a recurring problem for purchasers of this oven. It seems like Samsung should correct the problem.

Our combo is less than 4 months old and not used often. The roller ring has already broken. Ridiculous at this price point!!
