I like the look of the oven and it has worked fairly well for us, but our turn table stopped turning. I found out that the problem is the the "D" shaped socket broke allowing the motor to turn freely in the socket. See photo. This is a design flaw, the plastic is not strong enough to last the life of the oven. Customer service refused to replace the part because I'm 4 months out of warranty. This happened on the weekend and the exclusive Samsung parts supplier is not open so I don't know how much this part will cost plus shipping and tax. I have a feeling that it won't be cheap.

Don't write a review until you've owned it for a year. I bought this product in August of 2017 after rebuilding due to a devastating flood. The warranty expired in August 2018. Two months later I go to preheat the oven and I get an error code. I try to use the microwave and get the same error code. I called customer service and setup the repair. The guy showed up, but they had given him the wrong type of unit information and therefore ordered the wrong parts. He says it's the cooling fan, but I wonder if it's something else because the turntable in the microwave won't turn either. I would've given these oven/microwave combo 5 stars, but I would've expected a product from Samsung (after loosing EVERYTHING as well as taking a financial hit because of FLOOD) to be quality made and last at least fifteen months especially for the price we the consumers pay for their products. If an extended warranty would've been offered to me I would have purchased that. FYI my Samsung dishwasher (bought at the same time as the oven combo) begin to act up after a year also, but we were able to fix that without coming out of pocket.

Turntable not working after 2 weeks

The plastic roller ring cracks in the very center causing the heavy glass turntable to stop turning. This happens with normal use. Example: a family site case dish of food. Samsung needs to fix this design flaw - and not by just replacing the roller ring, which will break again in another two weeks.
