the wall oven/microwave is really beautiful. i love the blue interior and the ability to specifically select where i want the cooking to occur. we haven't even begun to use all the options. the cooking temp does seem a little low as things take a bit longer to cook than usual. we need to double check the actual temp vs the requested temp.

This combo oven microwave is awesome. Having the flex setup in the oven makes meal time easier when cooking items at different Temps. Made dinner time come faster. I haven't tried all the features yet but imagine this is great. The microwave actually cooks our food rather than the dish the food is in or on like our old unit. This has cut down on our cooking times. Just like the oven dinner time is a better experience and comes sooner now. The wifi feature is nice but still could use some work. But being able to operate the over remotely to preheat the oven is nice and being able to see status when I'm away from the oven like upstairs is a very convenient feature. I have had numerous brands in the past and this Samsung unit is by far the best I've had to date. It actually cooks my food the way we want and in less time.

display hasn't been working properly since we bought it. Have been trying to get in touch with Samsung to repair, they failed and now they don't return my calls anymore.

This is an oven/microwave combo that seems to do it all! It had been almost a decade since we had purchased a major appliance like this, but a new home and a kitchen renovation drove us to replace all of our appliances. The microwave is as effective as you would think and there are so many more options. Air Frying, Baking, Sense Cook, ability to control it via the SmartThings app, you name it. For the oven, the FlexDuo capability is great too. While you won't be able to do large cooks with that in place, it is still extremely handy to be able to have 2 temperatures in the same oven. All of that, and it's also a beautiful appliance, especially in black stainless. Knocked a star off because ambient oven temperature readings out of the box do not match the oven thermometer

bad quality. microwave stopped working right after warranty expired (after 1.5 years). oven is not working either. getting display error (c-a2)
