convection bake doesn't work

clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The induction cooktop is good, convection roast is tolerable but convection bake does not work, because the oven is heated solely from the base and there is no heating element behind the fan. As a result things on the bottom rack get burned underneath and anything on the other racks does not get cooked. I have used convection for 30 years (in Europe and here), always successful. If I had realized there was no fan heating element I would not have bought. As it is I shall have to ditch this range and buy one with proper convection. Don't buy if you like to bake.
