I am sad I am going to have to live with this oven for years to come. The stovetop is pretty good, but the ovens are horrible! My biggest gripe is that it won't cook a frozen pizza. I have owned the oven for about a year and have tried cooking frozen pizzas several times. I have tried the top oven, bottom oven, different rack options, different temperatures, pizza stone, cookie sheet, straight on the rack, different types of frozen pizza. Nothing works! Every time the top burns and the crust is not fully cooked. Anything in the top oven can't really be cooked much more than 45 mins (a pie for example) without burning because the heating element is too close to the rack. The air fryer is a joke with no preheat. I have now figured out that to get food to air fry in the amount of time indicated on package directions I need to preheat in bake mode and then change it to air fry after it is preheated.

The top oven slide out scrapes and coating scratched off. Can’t use air fry without Wi-Fi. Can’t connect to Wi-Fi says try later. CAlled service said you need 2 phones for them to help. Struggle. Top glass easy to scratch even with flat aluminum bottom on pans. 1st use can’t clean with cleaner sent. Scratches still there.

Very nice stove. New version of our old stove Ovens don’t work. Repair man expected today. Can’t be replaced. Can’t get old stove back
