Although I have only used this range for a month, I am impressed with all the features, including WIFI connectivity. I love the burners that have varying BTU capabilities as well as the burner grates that have enough friction that pots don't slide around, a big complaint about my last range. A lot of cooking and baking were done at Christmas and the oven did everything well.

we have had this oven for 10 days. it worked the first day it was installed - although i felt like taking 30 minutes to reach 425 was a bit long. it now doesn't work. we can turn on the oven, and see the the igniter glowing, but no flame lights. if i turn on the stovetop, then the oven lights. this is the same for the normal oven and the broiler. very frustrating to have a brand new appliance installed that doesn't work - just in time for the holidays. i'm now waiting for a service agent to chat with me. i'm sure they will want to come schedule an appointment to confirm all of this and we will lose more time with a functional kitchen.

Samsung hit another home run with this one. Beautiful, clean lines make the range stand out as a centerpiece, and we can't wait to put a matching Samsung smart microwave above it. All of that being said, there is one improvement I would suggest. It would be a nearly perfect product if I had the ability to turn the oven on/off while NOT at home. That is the only thing I would like to see changed, so far. Otherwise, the current features are fantastic. It is super easy to clean the cast parts and underneath them. The ability to air fry large amounts at once is probably my favorite feature.

cook top is fine, the control buttons are often unresponsive, there is no up/down button to adjust oven temperature, and the oven turns off when the timer reaches zero. would buy a different model if you like to cook.

samsung will not let me write an honest negative review so this is worthless. stove is great, samsung is not. stove has manufacturing defect they will not cover. stove is 2 weeks old.
