although i like its design and work i am very disappointed with the quality; after just a second wash with a soft sponge and some dish soap i noticed rust stains on my brand new stainless steel range. i have called a seller- he sent me to manufacturer, i called samsung but have been told that a rust is consider "cosmetic damage" therefore it is not covered by warranty.

I've had this stove for about 3 weeks. Its a beautiful looking stove and the end to end grates are great for extra cooktop space. My wife loves the high intensity burners and the air fryer is awesome. Now I can get rid of my air fryer and have more counter space.

We bought this range because of its center burner and ended up not really using it as much as the other obvious feature: the oven. It really does make food cook better and more evenly. The kids love the pizzas we make in this oven and almost instantly noticed the difference. My only complaint is how sensitive the screen is to touch. Unless you lock it, any bump will set off the screen or cancel your oven baking so be careful. Otherwise, we love it!

Burner igniter failed in 3 months -No Fix

After just 3 months the large burner igniter failed. Samsung spent 4 weeks trying to repair it, then gave up. lemon they said. Eventually they gave me a credit at Samsung.com for the stove, but after trying to use the credit I ended up only receiving a small portion of it. Now I have a broken stove and enough credit to buy 1/4 of a new one. The customer service experience was the worst I could ever have imagined. They had zero sympathy for my dilemma and loss.
