The dryer has great features. It has everything you need to dry any type of material. I originally bought another brand and had nothing but problems with it including having it break down twice. The Maytag is a great buy for the money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality machine.

I had an addition added to my house with an area constructed to house this washer/dryer set that was described as "stackable". They are not stackable due to the slant of the control panel (unless you are well over 6' tall). I called customer service and spoke with someone in dispute resolution. Was informed that she would "send a complaint up". I asked that she send me a confirmation email........well, I not only did not receive an email, I never got a call back. I ended up having to pay my contractor to reconfigure the laundry area. With that said......love the dryer but customer service is definitely lacking!
