I love the cycles that are available to choose from. The time displayed isn't the normal length of time it takes to dry the clothes, most cycles finish sooner. Love all the adjustability options in the drying cycles.

DO NOT BUY! I purchased this dryer and matching washer from Best Buy and bought the extended warranty/extra coverage plan. It was delivered and installed by Best Buy. The first dryer was making a grinding and chirping sound within 1 day, so Best Buy replaced with another new unit. This one leaves a puddle of water on the inside of the door after dry cycle, and doesn't dry the clothes completely. I called Best Buy, they told me it's Maytag's problem, I called Maytag, and they told me (I have it on recording), that "water left over in the dryer is normal, but I can pay $110 for a service tech to come out to investigate." The dryer is only 2 weeks old. Also, the door doesn't seal all the way, so it rattles loudly when drying. If you have a laundry room upstairs, this would certainly keep everyone up at night. Based on the response from Maytag, I wouldn't even buy a product from them. Had I known their quality and customer service was this bad, I would have never made this purchase.

Installed along with new washer. After trying to run dryer it had error code. Parts were needed. Took a week. Maytag sent part that didn't work. Ended up getting new one. Took 2 weeks. Awful experience. Only have new one few days.

I bought this less than 2 weeks ago and have not been able to use it longer than 3 mins without an error code. Very disappointed at this time. I’ll have to wait until a serviceman comes to find out what the problem is. I don’t like the fact that I’m starting out this way I had such high expectations for MAYTAG.
