Ive had this set for a couple months now. When it was delivered the delivery men couldnt install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a no attitude instead of a okay lets figure this out and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than Im used to to really get my clothes clean. Im not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines theyre stable and do clean well. I love how advanced weve gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on hopefully it has a timed wash/dry that would be helpful. I didnt see it on the screen.

Absolutely love this unit. So easy to use. Love the settings. Was worried about selling my old side by side set as they were the oldies but goodies but this unit has surpassed all my expectations Recommend it to all my friends. Thanks LG for making this one of your best ever

Bought this last month and found out the washer capacity was too small for our household. We turned it in for for a larger model. The 5.0 cu ft capacity washer and turbo. It works great.
