Just received my replacement product today. Plugged it in and all I get is a solid amber light...same as the first product I bought. Tried everything possible and nothing changes. I get nothing but an amber light. I'm very disappointed in this product!

I received this as a gift. It will not connect to bluetooth at all. The amber light stays lit and is not discoverable. I followed the directions in the manual, holding the power button down, but unfortunately there is no change in the status. Seems like it would be great if it would actually connect to something.
