Overall, I like the freezer. Wish it had another shelf and a dial to adjust the coldness, though. A basket on the bottom would have been nice, too.

I have never had a separate freezer until this month when my daughter gave me my Amana freezer. To say that I am thrilled is putting it mildly. I can't say how wonderful it is to be able to buy those things which are on sale and not miss out on a lot of savings. This freezer is a super addition to my household and makes my life easier when decision time comes and I have to pick out something to cook for dinner. I also have a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which is so very limiting spacewise that this freezer is such a wonderful addition!

It took me weeks to find the right freezer for our basement. We have a door opening of 31 inches and needed an upright that is no frost, and they are not easily found. Glad I finally found Amana.Though I've only had the upright freezer for few weeks, but everything seems good. It holds food well, good distribution of air and well insulated. Happy with this purchase.

We purchased this Amana freezer about 2 weeks ago and is the first freezer we have owned. It is quiet and has the storage space needed as my wife tries to save by buying in bulk. Very well pleased!
